how to order
Please follow these four simple steps when ordering your portrait commission. If you have any questions or concerns about your order then you can call Sarah on 07766 978 404. You will need to complete an order form for each order.
Step 1: Choosing your photo...Selecting the right photograph is vital, as the quality of the portrait will be dependant on this. Please therefore ensure your photograph is clear and up close. If in doubt, why not send a selection and Sarah can help you choose one she thinks will work best. It's important to specify any special requirements you have on the order form, e.g. you only want part of the photograph featured, you would prefer a specific background colour etc. If you have seen a portrait on this website which catches your eye in terms of layout and design, then make a note of this too. Sarah can give you a call to discuss ideas, making sure she creates a unique piece of art just to your taste.
Step 2: Sending Sarah the photo... Photographs can be emailed or posted (along with your completed order form). Photographs sent by email should be in jpeg format and of high enough resolution. Please send to orders@sarahpipe.co.uk If you would prefer to mail your photograph and order form, then please post to Sarah Pipe at PO Box 13182, Knowle, SOLIHULL, B93 3BF. If the photograph is important to you then it's best to use special or recorded delivery. All photographs will be returned on completion.
Step 3: The work begins... Provided the photograph is of good enough quality, work will begin straight away. Completion time is currently three to four weeks, (excluding delivery time). If, however, you need the portrait sooner, this shouldn't be a problem, just make sure you make a note of this on the order form.
Step 4: The finished product... When the portrait is complete, Sarah will email you a photograph of the portrait for approval. Hopefully you will be delighted with your portrait, in which case the finished product can be posted as soon as payment is received. If not, no worries, for whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied then you are not committed in any way.
