Payment
Once you have approved the photograph, you will be sent an invoice for the total cost including postage and packing. You can pay either by credit card online, or by cheque. Once payment has been received, the portrait will be dispatched to you straight away.
This is the quickest method of payment. Payment can be made online using PayPal.
Please note that payment by cheque takes a while longer as the portrait will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared.

Postage
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance and a 'next day' service, at a cost of £10.
Dispatch
Portraits will be carefully rolled up and sent to you in a cardboard tube. This is an ideal way to protect the paper, and will ensure the portrait arrives in perfect condition. Your receipt will also be included in the package.
